On Saturday, February 24, 2024, anyone who heard of or watched the “Becoming Unstoppable” event with Jamie Kern Lima has the chance to see how people working together creates something magical.
Imagine what will happen in this world if all 260k who watched the live event to launch Jamie’s new book “Worthy” – and successfully made it the number one bestselling book on ALL of Amazon – were to apply what we learned and become unstoppable in our lives?
It’s mind-blowing.
In case you weren’t there, for a very limited time the replay is available to watch. Settle in… the event was 13+ hours packed with conversation, beginning at 10 am and ending around 11:30. Pm EST.
What I Learned from and Saw Demonstrated in the Conference
1. There’s room at the table for everyone and there’s enough food to go around!
Jamie could provide at least a year’s worth of books – more if we read all of Maxwell’s – for a book club just by the NYT best sellers she had on her launch. Everyone pretty much supported each other. Even if their books said something other than hers, they supported the ideas from Worthy. Even the one speaker I didn’t really feel fully understood the assignment came around and showed high esteem for her. It showed support and love that was wonderful to see.
2. We rise by lifting others up!
To the point above, the way everyone esteemed one another was beyond beautiful. She gave space for Pastor Steven’s news book, for Trent to discuss his new book, and even gives accolades to John Maxwell on his 90 published books!! We rise when we lift others up. What a phenomenal demonstration of this!
3. Celebrities and “gurus” are people too.
Something that really stood out to me, was how Oprah and Jamie were just talking like two friends at a kitchen table. I swear if Ellen hadn’t joined, they would’ve gone on forever…and it was beautiful to witness and learn from.
I was learning so much seeing this woman that I’ve watched since childhood just stand there and talk with Jamie, as if she didn’t have the SAG awards to get to and things to do. I think this stood out to me because often we miss how down to earth celebrities can be. They don’t want to be on pedestals. The conversation was real and encouraging and so needed.
4. If there is a dream inside you, you ARE worthy of achieving it, regardless of your past.
To hear Oprah is working with women in the prison system, to hear stories of how people grew up, to hear Jamie’s background… wow. It ran the spectrum of showing that our start doesn’t matter. What matters is that we don’t stay there.
Thank You Jamie Kern Lima and Team!
Thank you to Jamie and her team for all they did to put this together, to launch it, to bring it to life before us. I watched every minute and found it to be the best “YES” I could have said Saturday. It was the best investment of my time because I was so encouraged, changed, and inspired. I truly believe that the variety of faiths, lifestyles, and regions represented in the room / on the event yesterday will influence lives around the world.
And it all started with Jamie saying yes to writing “Worthy” for the world!
What’s your “yes”? Say it today!
