Yes, the job market is currently wild.

Yes, it’s taking people a long time to secure jobs.

However, I also know people who have found jobs within days, weeks, and months of leaving or being laid off from their last company. I have seen friends’ celebrate as they accepted offers from companies they weren’t looking for but recruiters found them anyway.

Stay with it and hang in there. Treat it like your job while you are looking for your next role, even if that means part time.
