I looked at the picture for a bit, set a timer for 15 minutes, and this is what resulted. Each month I will share a Pictures & Prose prompt and my response to it. Join me by backlinking what you come up with!

In 2012, I wrote this story as a response to a writing prompt. It was shared live within some churches across the east coast by friends and people who read it and asked if they could do so. This book is a very honest look at my journey to loving the God I thought I knew.

Do you keep going when you realize you hit a dead end – or do you turn around? A little story about my tendencies.
